For whom:

Digital support is for multicultural organisations' employees, volunteers and board members.

We offer support to organisational actors, whose target groups are foreign-language speakers.

The support is specifically targeted at the needs of organisations, such as working in the online environment, communication and digital skills.

For example:

  • Organising events and meetings online
  • Official online services related to organisational work
  • Use of social media channels
  • Managing devices in everyday work such as the use of laptops and phones
  • Developing digital support for the clients

Form of digital support

Digital support is provided both remotely and on-site.

You can get digital support by calling or sending a message to Yuri. It is possible to book an appointment for a video call by phone, email or through the online booking system.

If you would like to meet Yuri face-to-face at Moniheli's office in Kalasatama, or other places like your organization’s premises, a library, please contact Yuri to arrange a place in advance.

During the DigiUp project, we will create multilingual and plain language materials to help people working in the associations find suitable forms of activities and develop their operations. We will also map associations' clients' needs in the development of digital support.
