The trainee's tasks at Moniheli are varied: general office support, translation, communication, organising events, helping member associations, assisting with Moniheli's various projects, etc. We adapt the tasks according to the trainee's skills, and offer more challenging tasks to those who want them, based on their specific skills.

We value initiative, a bold approach, good interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working in a multicultural organisational environment. An internship at Moniheli requires both Finnish and English language skills (one of which must be at least good (B2) and the other very good or excellent (C1 or above), depending on the assignment). Other language skills (especially Arabic, Somali, Dari, Russian, Chinese, Kurdish, French...) are a big plus. We also require good IT skills.

Internships are unpaid and last at least 6 weeks, preferably 2-6 months. During the end of June and July we have no activities.

If you are interested in a traineeship at Moniheli, please fill in the form below and we will contact you if the traineeship is successful.
