The autumn general assembly (AGA) of Moniheli ry was held on Saturday 25.11. at the association's premises in Helsinki. It was also possible to participate remotely. At the AGA the budget, the action plan and the amounts of the membership and affiliation fees as well as the remuneration of the Board members were approved. It was also decided that the size of the Board would remain the same (11 members + 2 deputies) and two new members and deputies were elected to replace the retiring members. Tatiana Solovieva and Sandra Imran completed their term of office.
The meeting was chaired by Heidi Alander from Suomi Uutena Kotimaana ry. 15 voting members were present.
For the first time in Moniheli's history, the election of Board members and deputies was based on a proposal from the Election Committee. The Election Committee reinforces the coherence of the selection process for trustees, as its role is to examine in advance the eligibility of candidates for the Board and to draw up a list of criteria relevant to the operation of Moniheli. The Election Committee was elected at the extraordinary general assembly on 28 September 2023.
After the exciting vote Alba Vrapi (Autokton ry) and Olivia Kumpula (Interpro Finland ry) were chosen as full board members. Harshwardhan Saini (Psychological Practitioners Finland ry) and Petra Pulli (Familia ry) were selected as deputy members.
The Board will also continue to be chaired by Emma Tamankag and comprised of full members:
