Public authorities’ communication will become digital on April 14.
Official mail from authorities will become digital starting April 14. This means that if you use online services such as Kela or the Tax Administration, you will receive their messages in the Suomi.fi service instead of by post. The change will affect nearly two million people living in Finland.
