Would your association like to hire a new employee? At this English-language information session, you will learn what financial support the City of Helsinki offers for recruitment and how your association can help create employment opportunities for jobseekers in Helsinki.

The event is aimed at associations operating in Helsinki that wish to recruit new staff and make use of the subsidies offered by the city.
Why participate?

Associations are valuable employers that can offer Helsinki jobseekers opportunities to develop their skills, gain meaningful work experience and find new pathways into working life.

The City of Helsinki offers employers a range of financial support that associations can also use when recruiting jobseekers from Helsinki. At this event, you will learn what support is available, who is eligible and how to apply.

The event also provides an opportunity to strengthen cooperation between associations and the City of Helsinki’s employment services and explore how associations can contribute to the employment of Helsinki residents. It is aimed at both experienced employers and associations considering hiring their first employee.

- recruitment subsidy for young people
