1. the effects of immigration on mental health
2. the psychosocial trajectory of the integration process, and
3. naming phenomena that should be taken into account in order to develop integration support from the perspective of mental health and well-being

With solid organizational experience, Melis has been working at MIELI ry since 2020 as a planner of well-being and multicultural activities and a trainer of volunteers.
