United Vision ry is fully youth-led and works with young people from diverse cultural, social, and educational backgrounds. The organisation has 8 board members, around 400 volunteers, and 4 paid staff members. Each year, it directly reaches approximately 700–900 young people through workshops, training courses, Erasmus+ projects, and other activities. In addition, its digital platforms reach more than 130,000 people, providing accessible opportunities for learning, information sharing, and engagement.
The organisation's main focus areas are digital skills, youth empowerment, inclusion, sustainability, and innovative educational tools. It regularly organises workshops on mental health, wellbeing, digital skills, and personal development, as well as solidarity initiatives that support inclusion and community engagement. Some board meetings are open to young people, providing opportunities to participate in discussions and decision-making.
United Vision ry also organises international youth exchanges, training courses, and cooperation projects that connect young people with peers and opportunities across Europe. Through approved national and international projects, the organisation has developed experience in non-formal learning, tested innovative educational approaches, and expanded its reach to young people across Europe and beyond.
The organisation has been awarded the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label for Humanitarian Aid Volunteering (2021–2027), recognising its capacity to organise and support international volunteering activities.
