The purpose of the association is to promote the employment opportunities of immigrant families and youth by developing new employment models for the target group, acting as an advocacy organisation towards authorities, promoting the social and health-related well-being of immigrants, fostering tolerance and acceptance among different ethnic groups, promoting women's equality, developing youth activities, and fostering opportunities for development cooperation in Somalia.

Our main objective is the full empowerment of immigrants. The association focuses specifically on empowering immigrants through education, guidance, and various support services.
The association's activities are increasingly directed towards implementing education, employment, and cultural projects for immigrants, while continuing its traditional role of providing guidance and assistance to immigrants.

  1. Promoting the employment of immigrants
One of the primary goals of the association is to enhance the employment of immigrant families and youth, particularly those with Somali backgrounds. Employment is perhaps the most important aspect of full empowerment. We have set a goal to provide employment opportunities for immigrants aged 18–59 in associations, social enterprises, and regular workplaces. This goal applies to both unemployed individuals with qualifications (university or vocational education) and unskilled immigrants. Information is provided to youth about educational opportunities and how to access other services.

  2. Supporting the Education and Integration of Immigrant Youth
Activities and programmes are organised for youth aged 7-28, such as sports, educational, social, and cultural programmes.
