Our work focuses on networking, skills development, and community. We organize training sessions, seminars, and workshops addressing current topics in nursing, language and cultural challenges, and career opportunities. We also offer peer support and guidance on work-related matters, ethical questions, and professional standards.

The association acts as a bridge between Filipino nurses, employers, and authorities. We promote fair recruitment, integration, and retention in healthcare workforce policies. We collaborate with other associations, educational institutions, and healthcare organizations to strengthen multicultural competence and patient safety.

It is important to us that every member feels part of a respected professional community where knowledge, experiences, and support are shared. The association is open to all Filipino nursing professionals and students in the Nordic countries.
