Nadiya is an association based in Kauniainen, Finland since 2022. Our board consists of Ukrainian and Finnish members.
Our programs are designed to provide a safe space for experiences of flow with practical, easy to learn tools & skills for regulation, resilience and resourcing -creating new pathways of connection and growth.
In 2023, Nadiya co-received an Erasmus grant for a two-year project in collaboration with associations from France, Italy, Jordan, and Armenia, focusing on refugees.
The project produced a handbook of comprehensive tools for self-care and regulation practices for professionals working with the refugees and other traumatized populations, utilizing the CCA methodology (Clarity, Creativity, Action), which integrates embodiment, art therapy, and drama therapy.
Additionally, a series of training sessions will be conducted to provide hands-on experience with this methodology for various professionals, including humanitarian workers, activists, care providers, artists, yoga teachers, embodiment specialists, educators, authorities and others that provide various services to refugees and dislocated people.
