Our mission is to de-stigmatize mental health issues through community action, where migrants support one another in understanding and managing their mental well-being.
We promote mental health, prevent mental health problems, and ensure equal access to information and services. By sharing essential resources on well-being, mental health care, and how to navigate the health care system, we empower individuals to maintain their mental health and seek professional help when needed.
MIELI Without Borders organizes well-being workshops and peer-support groups, creating a safe space for open discussions about mental health, while guiding those in need to appropriate services. Our goal is to ensure that everyone in our community has the tools to protect their mental health, prevent illness, and access the help they deserve.
