Fem-R participates in the societal discourse and promotes the position of racialised people in Finland. This is done, for example, by making statements and participating in current discussions, especially those where feminist and anti-racist perspectives are often ignored.

Fem-R breaks stereotypical ideas about immigrants and the racialised. Fem-R also seeks to influence key multicultural and anti-racist organisations to promote feminist perspectives. Fem-R also seeks to support other movements, organisations and bodies to critically examine their own activities.

All activities are based on the principles of safe space, intersectional feminism and anti-racism. The world is a better place for all of us when we are all comfortable and safe here, come with us to change the world!
