EarthAngels of Finland was born as the brainchild of Aria Arai. She noticed that the achievements of Black people, Black Americans in particular, were not mentioned or celebrated. This is why she came up with the idea of "Say it Loud" Black American History Month in Finland.

EarthAngels of Finland produces SAY IT LOUD, Kwanzaa Comes to Finland, Miss XL QUEEN, Old Folks Matter, and Let's Stop Bullies Now!

Through these initiatives we hope that Finland will become more progressive in its thinking about interaction with those who are different or have different backgrounds. We want to pass on the motto that EXPERIENCE IS A TERRIBLE GIFT TO WASTE!
