DHRO ry is a non-profit association registered in Finland. It supports vulnerable and marginalised communities by improving access to education, employment opportunities, and essential social services.

The organisation carries out advocacy, awareness-raising, and community-based activities that support participation and engagement in society. It also provides human rights education and works on monitoring, documenting, and reporting human rights issues, as well as promoting peacebuilding and community empowerment.

DHRO ry works in cooperation with public institutions, civil society organisations, and international partners. Its activities are connected to its broader work promoting human rights, peace, and development, particularly in response to human rights violations.

The organisation focuses in particular on migrants, refugees, and underserved groups, supporting integration, skills development, and wellbeing. Its work also includes initiatives that promote equal opportunities, gender equality, and access to support for disadvantaged groups.
