ANCF supports Nigerians living in Finland. It provides a space to share information, experiences, and opportunities related to life, study, and work in Finland. The organisation encourages members to participate actively and responsibly in society.

The community is open to newcomers, long-term residents, students, professionals, families, and entrepreneurs. Support is offered as needed, and members are encouraged to help each other through a strong community network.

ANCF promotes Nigerian culture and heritage through social and cultural events such as lectures, seminars, and community gatherings. It cooperates with other organisations to host joint events.

The organisation also engages in charitable and humanitarian projects in Finland and Nigeria and may receive donations or organise approved fundraising during cultural events.

Founded in 2019 as a small support network for new arrivals from Nigeria, ANCF has grown into a nationwide community with thousands of members.
