The purpose of the association is to increase awareness of multiculturalism, especially in schools and municipal administration, and to promote equal treatment in line with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (Article 30). It emphasises that children belonging to ethnic, religious, or linguistic minorities, as well as indigenous children, have the right to their own language, culture, and religion. The association implements its purpose through letters, meetings, discussions, events, and publications.
