Our strength lies in connecting everyday experiences to structural power: we take what happens in homes, workplaces, schools, social services and clinics and bring it into public and political arenas where it cannot be ignored.
We are areligious and secular. People from all religious and non-religious backgrounds are welcome, as long as they respect the rights and dignity of others.
Kansanhuuto exists to amplify the voices of marginalized communities, workers, immigrants, and others whose struggles are often ignored or silenced. Through civic participation, policy advocacy, and solidarity networks, we strive to transform silence into power, ensuring every individual has the means and dignity to shape society.
Vision
We envision a Finland where no one is silenced, excluded or forgotten. A society built on equity and solidarity, where communities have real power over decisions that affect their lives and power is shared rather than hoarded.
