The committee assesses Moniheli's board member candidates\u2019 eligibility and expertise, and helps ensure that election processes are carried out openly, fairly and in accordance with Moniheli\u2019s rules.<\/p><p data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"1189\"><strong data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"832\">Maryam Fathollahi<\/strong> has over 15 years of experience in the public sector and in associations. She has served, among other roles, in steering groups for different projects, as vice-chair of Neda Association and as chair of Kope ry. Maryam has strong expertise in the field of integration, particularly in supporting migrants\u2019 education, employment, participation and community-building.<\/p><p data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1603\"><strong data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1208\">Ime Isua-Ikoh<\/strong> serves as chairperson of Akwa Cross Community in Finland ry, a member association of Moniheli. He also serves as deputy shop steward in the Finnish Food Workers\u2019 Union. Ime has promoted diversity and inclusion both in association activities and in working life, including by supporting migrants\u2019 access to opportunities that strengthen integration, working life skills and professional networks.<\/p><p data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"2005\"><strong data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1622\">Emma Tamankag<\/strong> has served as Chair of the Board of Moniheli ry and has been involved in Moniheli\u2019s Election Committee. She has extensive experience in Moniheli\u2019s activities, the multicultural association field and association leadership.
