We are looking for participants, who:\n<ul>\n \t<li>are actively involved in an association, community, or collective<\/li>\n \t<li>have at least some experience in community organising or advocacy work<\/li>\n \t<li>are interested in strengthening anti-racist advocacy<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"margin-bottom:20px;\">are motivated to apply what they learn in the training within their own organisation or community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nParticipants must represent a community, organisation, or network, as advocacy work is based on collective action. More than one person from the same community may participate. We also encourage participants from outside the Helsinki metropolitan area to apply. Travel costs for the training days will be reimbursed.\n\nPlease note that the working language of the programme is English, while Finnish can be used as a support language if
