Moniheli grant

Moniheli supports its member associations' activities with the Moniheli Grant. The grant is for small-scale projects that promote the integration, inclusion and well-being of migrants and people with a migrant background, or improve relations between groups. We support well-designed and effective activities.

By following the application process for the Moniheli Grant, member associations can get to know how public funding applications work, and practice project planning. The application process may seem challenging, but we believe that doing is the best way to learn. Various training sessions, guidance and application sparring will give every applicant the opportunity to write at least a good application.

The application period for the Moniheli Grant runs from mid-February to the end of March, and grant decisions are made in April. Good applications can receive up to 7,000€ depending on the project idea, project budget and application. We will notify member associations by email when the application period starts.

GENERAL CALL 2022

The general call for the Moniheli Grant will open on 15.2.2022 and close on 31.3.2022 at 23.59. Moniheli member associations that have joined our network by 2021 and are not currently receiving a grant from STEA can apply for a grant for their small projects. The supported activities must take place from summer 2022 to autumn 2023. When applying, applicants should note the main purpose and conditions of the grant, which can be found in the Grant Guide.

The purpose of the application process is to teach a member association the skills required to apply. We strongly encourage applicants to participate in activities to support the grant application process, such as the grant information session on 23 February, the project planning workshops on 2 and 16 March, and/or the sparring sessions that can be booked separately.
