- multicultural organisations’ needs and areas of development regarding digital literacy in their organisational work.
We are conducting a survey as part of the MoniDigi-mapping. The survey is for multicultural organisations, whose target group is foreign-language speakers and immigrants living in Finland.
It focuses on four areas: digitalisation, digital literacy, communication, and digital support.
The survey will be available in Arabic, English, Farsi/Dari, Kurdish, Finnish, Somali, and Russian.

Volunteering will begin in early 2022
During the second year of the project, we will build a process to recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for digital support tasks in multicultural organisations. We will define the tasks based on the results of the mapping, the trainings and the digital support for organisations given during the first year.
The development work will take into account the digital and language skills of volunteers and the needs of the organisations.
